Security reports are acknowledged within 72 hours. Everything else is answered by people, not a queue — so expect a considered reply rather than an instant one.
If your problem needs a qualified personal signature, global ordering without anchors, or proof that a statement is true, GOVP is not the answer and we will say so. The comparison page makes those boundaries explicit.
